Sean was so pleasant very professional texted us when we landed insured we got to the correct spot and  helped us with our bags. Just outstanding service. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Best transportation service I have ever used in a long time. Their drivers are safe, courteous, kind, friendly and professional. They are always on time and sometimes even early to arrive on every pick-up service I booked with them. The cars are super clean and smell good all the time. We booked Nero Limo for a corporate event during TIFF and had a really good experience. We needed several executive transfers throughout the day, and everything was handled smoothly. The drivers arrived on time, the vehicles were clean and comfortable, and communication was easy from start to finish.

Knowing that Nero Limo is also an Official Hospitality Partner of TIFF 2026 made us feel even more comfortable booking them during such a busy time in Toronto.

Being a woman and a frequent traveler, I have to make sure I have find myself a truly safe and professional car service provider. Nero Limo has blown me away with its professionalism and safety. Driver was on time, very respectful and very communicative prior to pick up. Felt totally comfortable and taken care of. The vehicle was immaculate and clean.
