At Nero Limo, we are committed to providing premium and reliable transportation services. Please carefully review our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Reservations and

Booking

When making a reservation, please provide all necessary details, including your name, contact number, and any specific requirements.

We recommend booking at least one hour in advance for standard services. For cancellations, please provide a minimum of four hours’ notice to avoid charges.

For last-minute or immediate bookings, we will accommodate requests wherever possible based on availability.

Cancellations and

No-Show Policy

Reservations canceled less than four hours before the pick-up time will be charged in full.

No-shows will incur a full fare charge.

To avoid a no-show fee, please call our dispatch team immediately if you cannot locate your driver or need assistance.

Grace Period and

Wait Time

A 10-minute grace period is offered for regular pick-ups. Beyond this, wait time will be charged based on the vehicle type.

For airport pick-ups, our team monitors your flight to adjust for delays, and we provide a complimentary 45-minute wait time. Additional wait time will be billed accordingly.

Airport

Services

All airport pick-ups must be pre-arranged. Please provide accurate arrival details to facilitate a smooth pick-up experience.

An airport pre-arrange fee applies: $15 for Sedans, SUVs, and Vans, and $28 for Stretch Limousines.

Meet-and-greet service is available for $50 per hour or per sign.

Rates and

Payment

All rates are confirmed at the time of booking but are subject to change in case of clerical errors or special requests.

Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club.

For special bookings, such as weddings or graduations, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required, with the remaining balance charged one week before the event.

An automatic 20% gratuity will be added unless otherwise arranged.

Conditions of

Transport

Nero Limo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose behavior poses a risk to the driver, vehicle, or passengers.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Passengers’ property is carried at their own risk. Nero Limo is not liable for loss, damage, or accidents caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

        1. Traffic delays or road accidents
        2. Severe weather conditions
        3. Acts of vandalism or terrorism
        4. Incorrect booking details provided  by the client

Fleet and

Cleanliness

Any damage or spills in the vehicle will be charged to the client for repair or cleaning. Nero Limo reserves the right to provide a substitute vehicle of equal or greater size if necessary.

Privacy

Policy

Your personal information is kept strictly confidential. Nero Limo does not sell, share, or rent your data to any third parties.
